Short bug description
It tells you to kill fishes which I tried to do to no effect. Then I read the original description and you have to FISH fishes The fishpole you get as a quest item requires to have 200 fishing skill, so I suggest the quest should be skipped from the guide at all. Or maybe there is a way to check if we have a fishing pole / skill?
