    Default The Masters Glaive

    Guide says to speak to Onu but when I go to talk to him there is no quest icon over him nor does clicking on him do anything.

    It doesn't say it but you must talk to Barithras Moonshade in Auberdine to get a quest to be able to speak to Onu.
