A necessary pre-quest is missing in the Kaluak rep achievement guide in the Howling Fjord section. The guide has you go to Scalawag Point and after you do the intro quests from Silvermoon Harry, it tells you to get the series of debt-collecting quests from Taruk, starting with "Gambling Debt."

However, there is no exclamation point over his head unless you have also first completed the quest from Handsome Terry nearby, "Forgotten Treasure." After you've completed that then the quests from Taruk open up and you can continue with the guide. Please add this missing quest into the guide.
