    I run windows Vista and i could not update the installer. So i decided to run in compatibility mode (xp sp2) and it works fine.

    I have Windows 7, 64 bit. java 7 and I can get the launcher to run but when I press play nothing happens.

    Click on the settings button and change the launcher path to

    <your path>\World of Warcraft\World of Warcraft Launcher.exe
