Just wanted you to know that the coords for Borean Tundra send you out to sea (58.3,68) I think they should be around 68,19 or so.
Just wanted to help in my little way.

Error also in storm peaks. The guide arrow is trying to take me to the orgrimmar portal in Dalaran and probably will be for all of northrend. The arrow takes me to the middle of the alliance part of Dal.

can you tell me which step it is specifically, the waypoint seems to be correct try pressing the green button to reset the waypoint.

Ok I just turn on the guide and pick midsummer fest azeroth (50+) the 1st step says "manual tick required" dugi guide is unable to detect what quest I am on. I tick it and then "durotar" is when the arrow pops up and takes me dalaran to the orgrimmar portals. There are no portals anymore. The waypoint takes me to a spot inside of aliance area in dal.

Ok ty it is fixed but my bad there is a portal to orgrimmar in Dal but the waypoint that the guide takes me to is in the wrong spot. Just to let you know.

I had same issues on some toons and not on other sorta weird. However 2 things have been consistent in Teledrassil it skips dolanar for some reason, it just sorta autochecked it and moved to the next one and it did the same thing in Mulgore after getting the fire from TB.
