Missing Model viewer

So I had the model viewer when I first installed the guide. Now it doesn't want to open. I've tried resetting the window positions but that hasn't helped. I've loaded only the guide to see if another add-on was interfering - nothing. I click the yellow button and get normal button activity that appears to be turning on and off, but no model viewer.

The model viewer will work for starter guides. But after level 20, if you didn;t purchase the model viewer, it will stop.
If you wish to conitnue using the model viewer, you will need to purchase it from the member's area.
