I like that UI setup, particularly the unit frames. Is this an add-on package, or did you piece it together yourself with various add-ons?

Most of it is LUI
The unitframes are part of LUI

the action bars are Bartender 4 combined with Masque.
The part where you see Main Tanks along with Group 1 with the green bars, that's Vuh'do.
It's a more updated version of healbot.
