Northern Stranglethorn: The fallen empire

Hi,

I am following your guide on hard mode and I might have found an issue.

when the guide suggested that I move onto the next guide which was Northern STV, I could not pick up the quest Northern Stranglethorn: The fallen empire. After a little google it was because I had not got well, come to the jungle.

I am not sure if this is deliberate or not so I thought I would ask.
