Macro Bank empty?

I just bought Loremaster guide. I followed the video to load the macros, but in premade my only options are test macros. Am I doing something wrong?

it should be included, try reseting your profiles.

1. enter the game and open macrobank (shown in video)
2. click on options and click on profile.
3. click reset profile and logout.
