Vendor Run Outland

Hi,

I bought the Dallies Guide yesterday just for the vendor run. I love Dugi's Guides. In the vendor run in Outland, some items aren't available at the specified vendors. Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong? I am following the guide faithfully and I am finding the correct vendors, it just that some of them don't have the items listed in the guide to purchase.

The items are limited supply, they will respawn eventually after 12 hours or longer.
If its not there you need to move on to the next vendor.
