Sounds like you forgot to Enter your UltimateWoWGuide.com Username and Password in the downloader, causing you to download the trial instead of the paid guide?

Yes, make sure you enter your username and password in the installer and click repair.
I have purshaed your guides when they first came available all the Alliance and some Horde but I have lost my invoices due to 2 computer failures since I purchased. After I got this last computer up I noticed the Professions and Acheivements were blank. Support is asking for ann order number which I don't have. Any help would be appreciated.
