this is wrong the first repeatable rep quest for the argent Dawn Rep i get to at 85% complete is nowhere on the map the only to left are ones that show up quest not listed in your current guide. SO I AM LOST as to what i need to do i need this rep nada there 34.96.68.69

I am a bit confused by your post. If you follow a the Argent Dawn rep guide and do all the quests in order, it will unlock two repeatable quests that can be done to Exalted.

As far as the quest Onward, to Light's Hope Chapel, You pick up the quest from Fiona in one location, get on the wagon and travel with her and then turn it in at another location. If you do not ride the caravan with her, you will not be able to turn it in.

I did ride the wagon there and back and now i am back where i started and there is nothing and everything was check off by the guide. it was the first time i did not need to check someting i did and the guide did not autouncheck thats why i am???

Your question is confusing. You're talking about two separate things like they're the same thing.

The repeatable Argent Dawn quest is in the graveyard at Light's Hope Chapel. It's not the same thing as the caravan ride, which is "Onward to Light's Hope Chapel." I think that step is just to get you to the Chapel, where you can do the repeatable quest.
