Horde First Aid Question

In the great guide that I use all the time now, thanks! the section on
Horde First aid it says.;

"learn Master First Aid, so go see Aresella in Falcon Watch"

Where is Falcon Watch? I can't find Aresella or Falcon Watch in the Second
Addition Atlas.

I would like to know where to find the recipe to heavy frostweave bandages. I was told that it dropped in an instance, is this true?

No it is a random world from from Instances and Zones around 76 levels and above so it will anywhere in Zuldrak, Storm Peaks, Scholazar Basin, Ice Crown

and it is a BOP item so you would have to find it yourself.

Dropped for me yesterday in scholazar basin. Killed the mob by the escort quest in venture minning co. Also got the wedding band from the same mob. Woot!.

you can look on the AH for that Master First Aid book (orange colored book), or if you ask someone that is a level 58 or higher to go to Falcon Watch and buy the book for you. The book cost about 4-5G.
