have a LAG issue

Hello all.. For some reason i have a bad lag issue while playing WoW. Like when i click on one of my instant casts it will take like .8 seconds to actually cast or something like that.. here is what my latency is. yet still lagging. why is this doing that. What could be causing this.. I have no other programs other then WoW up also.

I'd try looking through the 'Technical Support' section on the official wow forum. There's a couple of "lag" threads with blue responses:
