i have dugis addon and it keeps going back to the norther tower between quest. im in the out lands
Could you be a little more specific, what's the name of the quests you are doing when it tells you to go to the tower?

if its a waypoint you may have acidentally added a new one that's outside the guide. i do it all the time. just right click on the arrow and select the option to remove that waypoint. see if that helps.
