You're just having really bad luck i think.

Generally even when green i'd get it while trying to make a batch of 10. Try doing them in large batches, like don't make one at a time.

Easy solution, skip them...xp to level through 58 to 68 has been shortened so much that you won't even come close to finishing all the regions.
