Dont know if this will help.

But, I unticked the Dailies in the addons screen and now my guide works perfectly. Its keeping track of my quests and not resetting. Hopefully this may help....

Just tried renaming the WTF and starting again. Loaded the Terrokar guide and filled out all the quests Ive done. then logged out. Then logged back in and it showed no guide selected.
