   the info for 521 – 525 is misleading. Yes, those vendors DO sell patterns, but the only pattern they sell that you CAN use under 525 is the pattern for the Runed Elementium Rod.After I made the rod I ended up at 523, [Enchant Boots - Mastery] got me a point for 524, nos I just need mats so a yellow pattern will max me out. Hopefully one more [Enchant Boots - Mastery]
