dugi was was wondering about this i have in game and every toon i have tried to use some of the macros but as i level up some of them stop work. like the macro for druid to movement i’m lvl 58 and now my macro does not work anymore being in outlands where u can fly. before that it stopped work in stormwind a few lvls before that but iwas lvling thur Call to Arms. so i had no need for that macro. other dont work even when i get alll the spells. just wondering if you are going to up this or not?

@steve, try posting on the macro forum with the macro that you try to use and we’ll see if we can fix it up for you.

First.. Thank You for all great guides! Can’t live without them!

just recently I started to look into the pre-made Macros.
I get stuck at the very start. And I am not a wizard on computers…

I have re-loaded the whole guide.. re-loaded the macrobank separatly from curse… several times,
checked the macro lua, so it is a new and fresh one etc.
I have followed your tutorial, on the screen, side by side with wow.

Now I have a fresh not “tampered with by me” version of the guide,
and I’ve just done the very first step, ie donwloaded the preloaded macros

I still don’t get’ any pre-selected Icons!!
Only red q-marks, first beside each spell in the macro-register itself …where you have nothing in the video
and when choosing a spell and loading = red q mark… no Icons.

What am I doing wrong ? I have not changed any settings anywhere else.

I run win7, I have played WoW for some years and I just don’t understand how to solve this!
Are there known issues with other addons? If so… Which ones?

I mean your tutorial is no brainer and crystal clear…Has anyone else reported this peculiar thing?

Hi Helen, don’t load the macrobank from curse as it is different and it will overwrite our changes.

regarding the icon problem, can you take a screenshot and upload it in ticket support, make sure it is actually a spell that your character have.

No I have not donwloaded the macrobank from curse directly, but I do have my other add-ons there.
When I open Curse, AFTER downloading Dugis Guide, there is a macrobank link in my curse-menu,
stating it needs updating, And I have clicked and updated …

This must be where it all has gone wrong, as far as I can think…
If I understand you correctly…I shall not update that link at all… since it apparently overwrites your program?
I will try that first and get back to you…

I have never taken a screenshot, so I am not sure how to do that…but I will try.

(I am an old lady and without your wonderful guides, I would still be, 3 years later, running around in Emerald Dream’s training zone, not having a clue …lol)

@Dugi, I too am not getting any icons from Macrobank. What differs in my situation, is that I have not used Curse, only the version that Dugiguides installs.

@Andy Schwartz, looks like there is a bug with MacroBank and patch 4.3, you will need to select the icon manually for now and we should fix it soon.

To remove the double listing, reset your Macrobank profile by going to Macrobank Options > Profiles and click reset profiles and logout.

Just thought i’d try this out, just updated Dugi Guides but i don’t get any pre made macro come up at all, i press the button to load them and nothing, any ideas??

When I try to load macros from premademacros.lua nothing happens, what the heck is going on?? can you send me a working premademacros.lua file?

@Will, reinstall macrobank from our installer and make sure you don’t overwrite it from curse.com or wowinterface versions.

For some strange reason all of the macros that load into the general macros page no longer show up. I am talking about the first aid macro, the PVP trinket macro, all of the default ones that load with every character. I use this on multiple accounts and on one of my accounts these seem to have gotten deleted and I can’t mange to get them back. I have uninstalled macro bank and re-installed it. I have reset my profiles and still nothing. Any ideas on how I can fix this to get these macros back?

I have the blizzard store mount Swift Windsteed.

In video’s on youtube of player’s that have Swift Windsteed.

I have seen a marco for the mount that make’s it stand on two leg’s and dance around.

Could you make that marco?

I want to see my mount stand on two leg’s and dance around.
