Q: My login and password does not work!
A: Your account information is case sensitive, make sure you turn of your CAPS-LOCK button and type it EXACTLY as the one provided in your email.

Also make sure there are no additional 'blank space' at the beginning or at the end of your login details.

Q: I have lost my account information!

Q: I can't view the Leveling or Daily Guide!
A: The guide is an addon you can only view it from INSIDE world of warcraft, you will need to install it just like any other addon, you must copy it into your World of Warcraft directory follow these video instruction

Q: I followed all instruction and I still can't view the guide, (addon button not showing up or not showing up in the addon selection)

A: If it doesn't show up in the Addons selection menu the reason is ALWAYS because it is not copied correctly. The guide is GUARANTEED to work if you copy the files correctly.

Make sure you extracted the guide first, and make sure the files exist.

There is also common problem that people have more than 1 copy of WoW after installing WOTLK, make sure you copied the file to the correct folder. You can verify which wow folder is correct by checking your shortcut icon properties.

Q: I have tried all of the above its still not working! (guide is outdated)

A: If its not working. YOU have done something wrong.

Are you sure you install in the correct folder? You could have 2 copies of wow and have been updating the wrong Addons folder.

Are you sure you have updated the files? you may have not copied the files correctly and didn't overwrite the old files, which is why its best to delete the folders first.

Did you download the guide data itself ? Dugis Guide - Viewer is not the guide itself.

You may also have been opening OLD zip files that you may though was new.

delete TomTom
delete DugisGuide_Viewer
delete DugisGuide_Alliance_En (if you have it)
delete DugisGuide_Horde_En (if you have it)
delete DugisGuide_Dailies_Events (if you have it)

Download and reinstall all files you need to your World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons

in your addons menu and make sure they're ticked with 'load out date addons' ticked aswell.

If all else fails delete your WTF folder as your computer might have corrupt file setting and this will reset your settings.

exit wow (if its loaded)
delete your WTF folder - World of Warcraft\WTF\
load wow

Q: The in-game leveling talent guide doesn't work , template appears grey.

A: You didn't copy the template files correctly

Exit WoW if you have it loaded
Download and unzip
