This is a new (free) video from the Gold Academy guide, this was released a couple of weeks ago in the free bonus section of our gold guide.
The video highlights an important method that every level 90 should do every day to effortlessly collect gold.
In Mist of Pandaria the economy revolves around and item called [Mote of Harmony] which is an important material for high level crafting. The best part is that Blizzard also provided casual players an easy way to make gold with the introduction of a new daily faction that will allow you to literally farm these [Mote of Harmony]. Every level 90 players can do this everyday and collect hundreds of gold in less than 5 minutes.
Think of it as your daily pocket money from Blizzard,
All you have to do is come and get it..

If the Motes of Harmony are bind on pickup how do you get the value for them that the video show?

@Larry, you can calculate the value after converting the average cost of items created by the Motes
Eg. [Angerhide Leg Armor] sells for around 800g each on my server
The material cost to create it is 1 [Magnificent Hide] which cost 212g
and 1 [Spirit of Harmony] which equals to 10 [Mote of Harmony]
So the price of [Angerhide Leg Armor] – the price of [Magnificent Hide] will leave us with the remainder which is the value of 10 [Mote of Harmony]
800g – 212g = 588g / 10 = 58.8g
so 1 [Mote of Harmony] on my server is currently worth about 58.8g

@Larry, also to make use of the Motes you will need a high level crafting profession. Gathering profession doesn’t have much use of it. So unless you have dual gathering you should be able to convert these Motes into items to sell at the AH.

I have the motes of harmony and spirits of harmony but I cannot put them in AH because they are soulbound.
I have watched the video several times and followed the directions but missed something.
What did I miss?

@Denny, the video explains that the value of the Motes is derived from the items that you create with it depending on what crafting profession you have.

@Dugi, I saw that post after I hit submit. I have mining and skinning. I have found a mote vendor in Pandaria that I can get some good items to sell on AH. Thank you for all your help and the great guides!

@Jennifer, you can only have 2 primary profession. So you might have you drop a profession to learn both Mining and Herbalism

@Dugi, I use mining on one toon.
And herbalism on my other toon.
I use gatherer with route’s addon.
I use Tarou’s custom route’s addon with gatherer.
The wow guides won’t conflict with thoe’s addon’s will it?

@Jennifer, I use Sony Vegas Pro, although I think sometimes the much cheaper Sony Movie Studio would have been good enough. Try the free trials.

@Skyalt, You don’t need Herbalism or Mining, you can do it without any profession.
