@Matthew Ballard, You have done something wrong because if everything is correct then it will work.

Click on the settings menu of our installer and

1. Make sure you enter the correct username and password
2. Make sure you enter the correct world of warcraft path.

it should be

your path\World of Warcraft\
and
your path\World of Warcraft\Launcher.exe

I’ve repaired, reinstalled followed all of your trouble shooting tips however still showing that i have no guides installed and not showing up when i log into my character! help me please.

@istae, I’m not sure exactly what you mean, try reinstalling with our installer and if you still have problems, please contact us via ticket support. Try to upload a screenshot so we understand the problem that you’re having.

for some reason after i downloaded it, i didnt i forgot my sign in stuff and i loaded it with out signing in and when i play the quest is stuck in the middle and i cant move it or the on off switch to. and i cant seem to bring back dg as well. i even restarted my computer and nottin. please help

@Butter, sounds like you’re using an old version of our installer, try using the latest version 1.0.7 available in the download area http://www.ultimatewowguide.com/dgmembers/

and make sure your path is correct in the settings menu of the installer.

hey there, things are going well use the guides still everyday and im not even lvling a toon currently. lol

noticed when i load the installer it doesnt display the blog /news page or the guides i purchased. the installer seems to constantly be downloading the same update file, tried repair – same thing downloads the same file ( size) but still no news or guides purchased dislplyed.

so what have i done wrong? you are probably loling at me but im as savvy as a goldfish running over the lawn as i am with pc programs. please help da fishy…lol

I am with Julie and the above person on this one. I am hating how I have to reload my UI just to be able to use the guide after I turn it off. I am finding that reloading my UI over and over again to be a pain in the rear. There have to be another way to enable the essential feature without clicking on the map icon. I say keep the turn on/off feature as is without having the essential feature. Maybe have the essential feature turn on in the settings tab in the guide? Just a thought.

I love Dugi guides, but Dugi what is happening here?
